ALL ACCOUNTS MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO DRESS REHEARSAL.  DANCERS WITH OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT BALANCES WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PERFORM IN THE RECITAL.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN TO DANCERS WHO DO NOT PERFORM IN THE RECITAL.
