Attendance Policy
Dancers must be committed to their dance classes. In order for the dancers at Fuzion to excel throughout the year, it is very important that they attend dance class regularly and take time outside of class to practice. If absenteeism becomes a concern, the instructor will reach out to the family to make necessary arrangements for the dancer.
Class Withdrawal Policy
There is a 15 day cancellation/withdrawal policy. Fuzion must receive a cancellation notice in writing (letter or email) stating the dancer’s name and classes the dancer chooses to withdraw from. The dancer will be officially removed from the classes requested fifteen (15) days from the date the letter is received. All fees accrued during this 15 day period must be paid.

Closings & Inclement Weather
Occasionally Fuzion has to close due to inclement weather. Families will be notified by 3:30pm on the day of cancellation. Cancellation notices will also be placed on our social media accounts.
Photography Usage Policy
Photos are taken of the Fuzion dancers throughout the dance season in class, at competitions, and at Fuzion events. Many of these photos are posted on Fuzion social media, on the website, and used for various advertisements. Please notify the studio if your dancer needs to opt out.
